The excellent location and comfortable room. I appreciate the staff honesty when they have accidentally overcharged the room, but was rectified immediately.

Poor wifi condition which needs attention.

Wonderful sea views right on the beach. Comfortable bed. Very attentive staff.

Everything is very tired. WiFi not working. Great selection and presentation of breakfast buffet but quality of food very poor. Pool filthy. Staff forgot our special request for extra pillows...but eventually put right. Great views but hard to see through the dirty windows!

Very poor wifi. Old furniture and a little over-priced. Balcony light wasn’t working. Requested a twin room but they still gave us double room despite having many empty rooms.

the wifi is almost nothing...gets connected but there’s no or little internet connection! the hotel should upgrade the internet connection speed! after all, it’s so expensive per night there, surely, the hotel could at least subscribe to higher speeds broadband!

Receptionist cannot negotiate, biarkan customer tunggu lama tak boleh bertolak ansur.they should check with booking.com for the payment and let the customer go to their room first cause i give them the payment receipt already from booking.com

Location

Being charged for two bottles of "mineral water". The two free waters should more apparent. Whilst not a lot of money..the fact that I felt they were dishonest will prevent me staying again

Very nice breakfast and great location at Samila Beach. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Good parking.

No sunbeds at pool and no chair on balcony but staff put chairs when I told them. Not so good wifi...

The location was good with nearly every room having a sea view, there was a fresh bowl of fruit given every day, the room was spacious and other facilities good

There could of been more western type good for the buffet breakfast

The hotel is located directly at Samila Beach. Big room and everything needed is at hand.

Wifi is okay and works fast, but the connection is often interupted. Inventory of the room is old and used. The bed is very hard.

The room was spacious and had a good view of the sea.

The only negative was that I thought the bed was too hard.

La magnifique piscine est à l'abandon. Idem pour le centre fitness. C'est inadmissible pour un hotel de cette catégorie.

Frühstück für Europäer mittelmässig. Spiegeleier und Omelett geschmacklich gut, aber in 90 % bereits kalt, da zulange vorgekocht.

Pool- Area, keine Liegen und Stühle mit Tischen.

+ zum zweite mal in BP Samila Beach Hotel und der selber zimmer + sie haben der zimmer voll renoviert - zimmer 7031- see View + Lage ist wunderschön 3 Minuten zum Strand + köstlich asiatisch Frühstück + sehr freundlich personal ich habe Problem mit Klimaanlage in wenig alles 5 Minuten waren 2 Arbeiter sie haben repariert + ein Ventilator ich danke ihnen +man sollte in der früh aufstehen um 5,30 und Sonnenaufgang beobachten es echt ein wunderschön + Strand ist fast leer mehr alles 8 Kilometer lang man kann spazieren gehen und die ruhe genießen und Frischluft schnappen + ich danke euch
